Ginger Cayenne Shots

Ingredients:

2 lemons

1 granny smith apple

1/4 cup fresh ginger

1 cup coconut water

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp honey

Directions:

  1. Peel the lemons, then peel and chop the ginger. Slice the green apple.

  2. In a blender, combine the chopped apples, lemons, ginger, and 1 cup of coconut water. Blend for 2 minutes until smooth.

  3. Use a cheesecloth to strain the liquid from the blended mixture, separating the juice from the pulp.

  4. Add honey and cayenne pepper to the strained liquid, mixing well to combine.

  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy! Salud!
