1 slice whole grain bread

1 small tomato

1 handful spinach

4 thin slices smoked salmon

Ingredients for Guac:

1 small avocado

1/2 tsp chili oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp sea salt

Optional Ingredients:

Capers

Sriracha Mayo

Directions:

  1. Toast whole grain bread slice until crispy golden

  2. Prepare your guac by combining and mashing one small avocado, chili oil, garlic powder, and sea salt

  3. Assemble your toasted bread by adding the guac, layering on fresh spinach, tomato slices, and smoked salmon

  4. Option to sprinkle capers and drizzle Sriracha mayo for added flavor. Enjoy!
