Super Simple Homemade Granola

Dry Ingredients:

3 cups rolled oats

1 cup pepita seeds

1 cup unslated sunflower seeds

1 cup sliced almonds

Wet Ingredients:

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Line a baking tray and preheat oven to 350F

  2. Add all dry ingredients in bowl and stir

  3. Add wet ingredients to a seperate small bowl. Mix well

  4. Pour wet ingredients over dry, and stir until dry ingredients is fully coated

  5. Transfer mixture to a lined baking tray. Spread evenly & bake on center rack for 30 minutes. Stir once halfway through

  6. Remove from oven and alllow to cool. When fully cooled transfer granola to a storage container. Enjoy!
